I wanted to write and say how good our tile and grout looks. Our tile and grout was looking bad given the fact that we have 3 dogs, 4 cats, 2 boys and a neighborhood of kids tracking in and out on a constant basis. Right away from your product demonstration I could see the difference and once you did the whole area, it looks fabulous.
I also wanted to applaud your promptness in getting to our house in less than 24 hours and being able to complete the cleaning right away that day. This kind of customer service is hard to come by in today's environment. The icing on the cake was the fact that you were also available to seal the grout later that day.
